+ The IKONO Outdoor Principle

Our tried and tested Outdoor Lounge System stands for modular freedom and that 365 days a year. The year-round joy of gardening is mainly possible by the weatherproof and UV ray-resistant modules. Thanks to many years of expertise in upholstery, we know what is expected of seating furniture that is exposed to heavy use in living and contract areas. Our Outdoor Lounges are fully upholstered and offer all-encompassing warmth year round even on colder days. With our demand for full-fledged outdoor furniture, we bring the usual indoor comfort under the open sky. True innovative spirit is not confined by four walls.

All fabrics in the Outdoor Lounge System are UV ray-resistant and impermeable to water. The lotus blossom effect lets liquids simply roll off. The residual moisture can be wiped off with a dry towel. This means that the fabrics we use are not only weatherproof, but also easy to clean for food and drinks of any kind. Coarse dirt is best brushed off.

All modules are connected with a bracket so that slipping is prevented while re-plugging allows for new shapes to be made at any time. No further tools are required.

+ Anatomy of the seating module

1. Covers. A variety of covers can be selected based on the field of use. The outdoor fabric with its unusually pleasant feel can be used in outdoor areas as intended or in indoor spaces. Depending on the requirements in public buildings, we can offer covers with different fire safety certifications.
2. Waterproof cover for maximum resistance against bad weather and water logging.
3. Multiple layers of foam provide maximum comfort.
4. Slatted frame. Thanks to synthetic fibreglass rods, dynamic cushioning is guaranteed with the seating module.
5. Aluminium profile. The core element of an IKONO module. Thanks to our own developed and patented aluminium frames, our modules provide an unprecedented standard of quality, suitable for all types of situation and environmental impact. The tried and tested plug-in technology for connecting individual modules is also integrated with the frame.
6. Height-adjustable feet for optimal adjustment – even on uneven floors.

+ Parasol module

The IKONO parasol module can be supplemented as a single module or as an intermediate module in combination with the lounge configuration. True to the modular design, this module fits perfectly to any preferred position of your IKONO Outdoor Lounge. Equipment: Comfort cable, solid aluminum rings and incl. wind hood.

+ Accessories

Tray tables and cushions: In addition to all modules, we offer accessories in the form of tray tables and cushions in various sizes that are specially tailored to the product range. You can find these in our shop area under Accessories tray tables and cushions.

Anti-theft device: Every Outdoor furniture from IKONO is supplied ex-factory with a flexible security loop. This is discreetly hidden from view and only appears when it is in use. It is used as the anchor point for attaching the security cord and the winter protection cover. The anti-theft device includes a custom-made wire rope with lock. Our customer advisors will be happy to help you order the anti-theft device.

Winter protection cover: All IKONO upholstery materials have been developed as water-repellent according to high standards. Over a longer term, particularly in the commercial sector, however, it is worth investing in the additional protection provided by a winter protection cover. It is supplied in the size of the Lounge selection selected and attached by means of metal eyelets and spring hooks. Our customer advisors will be happy to help you order the winter protection cover.

For your future IKONO Lounge, we recommend that you order free fabric samples in advance. Convince yourself personally of the quality of the fabrics we use and make your decision about the desired colour of the lounge. With our selection we fulfill every individual colour request.

+ 5 year manufacturer warranty

Durable for in- and outdoor. In addition to the statutory warranty to which the consumer is entitled to his seller, IKONO also provides a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty. With the extended warranty, we stand by our specially own developed products. The prerequisite is the purchase of an IKONO product from 01.01.2021. The date on the purchase receipt is decisive.
